Names not on any memorial

For what ever reason it appears that although theses men are from Chippenham, they have not been included on any of the memorials. For the First war names, I can be more certain that they were from Chippenham as their enlistment address was shown in more detail where as for the Second war names, the details seem to be have been recorded against the nearest town. Eg Kington Langley would be shown for a First war name but would be shown as Chippenham for a Second.

I am not necessarily saying that these men should be on the Chippenham town memorial, more that they could have been included on one of the memorials in Chippenham.
